About this sangha

Going As A River Edmonton Sangha practices in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Weekly practice includes sitting meditation; walking meditation; Dharma sharing; exploration of Dharma talks, Sutras as well as other readings and commentaries; Chants and practice songs. We also share in a monthly recitation of the 5 Mindfulness Trainings on the first meeting of each month. Please visit our website for more information and updates. Everyone is welcome!
