About this sangha

We practice in the Plum Village tradition of our teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh. We practice mindful sitting, walking and Dharma sharing, and study teachings from Dharma books each week. We are beginner-friendly and we warmly welcome and affirm people of all ages, religions, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities and levels of meditation experience.
