About this sangha

Our Sangha practices Buddhism in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, practicing embracing mindfulness in every aspect of daily life. Together, we cultivate peace and presence through sitting meditation, walking meditation, tea meditation, and eating meditation. We joyfully join in singing practice songs and gather for days of mindfulness as well as annual retreats. As our community continues to grow, we now offer two practice sessions every Sunday.

• Every Sunday from 1:30 to 3:00 pm and 3:30 to 5:00 pm.
