About this sangha

Beacon of the Heart is a meditation Sangha open to all. Inspired by early Buddhist teachings and meditation practices, as well as those of Thich Nhat Hanh, we offer secular mindfulness and meditation. We are a peer-led organization, and offerings are on a dana (donation) basis. These group sits are offered by community members with short introductions, a lightly guided meditation, and may include time for reflection and sharing. We affirmatively seek inclusion.
