About this sangha

Sunday morning from 10:15 - 11:45 am is a Book Group. This meeting consists of meditation, reading, dharma talk and a dharma share of deep listening and loving speech. The third Sunday of each month this group does a ceremony that is part of the Plum Village tradition and if there is a fifth Sunday we have a Day of Mindfulness which runs from 10:15 - 2:30 pm. Wednesday Night from 7:00 - 8:15 pm. This meeting is a practice meeting where there is a 20 minute sitting meditation, a walking meditation and then either additional sitting meditation, a short Dharma talk, or other relaxation or connection activities.
