About this sangha
Big Spring Sangha is a caring and inclusive community practicing in the Plum Village Tradition in Huntsville, Alabama. We meet weekly to practice sitting and walking meditation, Dharma sharing, and listen to Dharma talks. There is an opportunity to recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings once per month.
