About this sangha
A monthly gathering to nourish the special ties among BIPOC practitioners and friends from across all of the beautiful LA area sanghas. Peer led. Opening bell and silent sit with the sound of ocean waves at 9:30. Optional stretch or walking meditation at 10:00. Dharma offering at 10:15 followed by dharma sharing. 11:00 closing bell and dedication of merit.
