About this sangha
We are a BIPoC (Black, Indigenous and People of Colour) only sangha group. We practice in both English and German.We meet regularly for peer-facilitated practice, where we enjoy sitting and walking meditation as well as dharma sharing. Occasionally we practice singing meditation, reciting 5 MTs. mindful movements or deep relaxation. Afterwards we have an informal get together with food.
