Mindfulness practice center with resident Dharma Teachers, mindfulness instructors, and O.I. members serving People of Color (POC), members of the majority culture, and White allies for over 2 decades. We provide Days of Mindfulness, family retreats, Mindfulness in Nature programs, etc. We offer services in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
