About this sangha
We enjoy silent or guided sitting, walking and singing meditation, Dharma sharing and occasionally, mindful movements or deep relaxation. We practise in both English and German as needed and welcome practitioners of all backgrounds, genders and ages. Currently, most of us are between 30 and 50 years old. The meditation room is wheelchair accessible.
