About this sangha

We are a small friendly mindfulness community that follows the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We practice guided, walking and sitting meditation. Then we either listen to part of a Thich Nhat Hanh or another teacher’s CD or DVD, have a reading, discussion, or do some mindful movement; we end with some tea and a little time to get to know each other.
