About this sangha

We are Plum Village Philippines, Boat of Compassion Sangha. We practice Thay's tradition since 2011. We practice Mindfulness both onsite and online (Zoom). We usually do Sitting Meditation, Walking Meditation, Total Relaxation, Listening to Dharma Talks (Plum Village App YouTube) and Dharma Sharing. Sometimes we practice Mindful Movements and Tea Meditation.We also recite the 5 Mindfulness Trainings every 4th Tuesday of the Month. (Online)

• Morning of Mindfulness: Every Sunday, 10:00am - 12:00 Noon (Onsite); Day of Mindfulness: 2nd Sunday of the Month, 10:00am - 3:00pm (Onsite); Zoom Sessions: Monday to Saturday, 8:00am - 8:30am (Sitting Meditation only) & 8:00pm - 10:00pm. All our schedules are Manila Timezone Based
