About this sangha

We come together for sitting and walking meditation once a week, followed by a Dharma talk or Dharma sharing. Every two weeks we recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings. Our sangha is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming, aims to heal the wounds of racial injustice and social inequity, and follows the five contemplations by eating in such a way that reduces the suffering of living beings, stops contributing to climate change, and heals and preserves our precious planet.
