About this sangha

We are a welcoming and supportive group of practitioners generating the energy of mindfulness, concentration and insight together in the Plum Village Tradition. We enjoy meditating together, reciting the 5 mindfulness trainings, sutra reading, practicing deep listening and sharing insights from our practice.
