About this sangha

Join The Caloosahatchee Rising Tide Sangha for meditation. The evening includes sitting and walking meditation and the discussion of significant Buddhist teachings. We practice in Thich Nhat Hanh's tradition. Our weekly discussions usually involve examples of how we're applying mindfulness practices we're studying. Even if you are not familiar with the reading, you are likely to find something of value in the discussion and be able to share from your own experiences if you choose. All are welcome.
