About this sangha

We meet in person weekly to practice sitting and walking meditation. Every other week is hybrid, in person and zoom. We host occasional days of mindfulness and seasonal woods walks to get in touch with nature. We have been drawn together by the compassionate and peaceful teachings of zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.
