About this sangha

We meet every Saturday morning between 10:30AM and Noon New York time on Zoom, with participants spanning the globe from Alaska to Canada to the U.S. and Europe. Our meetings include meditation, a reading, and sharing. On the first Saturday of the month we recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings. Local members in the NY area occasionally share mindful meals and visit Blue Cliff Monastery.
