About this sangha

This group is for anyone in the Columbus, GA/Phenix City, AL and surrounding areas to practice mindfulness and discuss Buddhism in the Plum Village Tradition, founded by Thich Nhat Hahn. We will meet in person every other week for meditation and dharma teachings. All are welcome. We are an LGBTQIA+ positive group. We welcome individuals from all walks of life, faiths, and backgrounds. We practice Sitting meditations, Dharma sharing, and discussions. We observe the Five Mindfulness Trainings. We meet One Saturdaya Month at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship and every other Tuesday in one of our members homes.
