About this sangha

Ongoing mindfulness practice in the Plum Village tradition of Buddhism at Congregational Church of Pinehurst. Practices include sitting and indoor walking meditation, singing, readings from Thich Nhat Hanh's books, and Dharma Sharing. Beginners are welcome. Not appropriate for small children.
