About this sangha

We practice sitting/walking meditation. Using the teachings of our dear Thay and other notable Buddhist teachers we contemplate life issues and use the guidance provided to reduce our suffering. At the beginning of each month, we recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings and delve deeply into how they may help us embody the mindfulness of speech, action, and thoughts suggested by those teachings.
