About this sangha
Plum Village-inspired Mindfulness Meditation Group. One hour: guided meditation, walking meditation, silent meditation: followed by up to 20mins mindful discussion and/or readings. No charge at present, although biscuits and treats for ‘tea’ afterwards always welcome.
