About this sangha

We are a warm and welcoming group who meet in person on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Monday of the month 7-8.30 pm. It is advised to arrive 10 minutes early as there is no-one to open the door once practice has started. here are 5 steps with handrail from the pavement to the front door. Once inside, there are stairs or a lift to the second floor. Wheelchair access is at the rear of the building and access needs to be arranged the day before.We also have a monthly online Sangha via Zoom, meeting on the 4th Monday of the month and a weekday, Pyjama Sangha meeting at 8am via Zoom.
