About this sangha

Friday afternoons include guided meditation, mindful movements or walking meditation, silent sitting meditation, and words or songs to live by. Third Monday evening practice includes: silent sitting meditation, recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings, and Buddhist study and Dharma discussion. All are welcome at all of our practices, which are inclusive and accessible. No prior meditation experience is necessary.

Meeting information

• Fridays from 1:30pm to 2:30pm and on 3rd Monday evenings of the month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
