About this sangha

We practice in the Plum Village Tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, and welcome everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners. We engage in sitting and walking meditation and Dharma sharing, and cultivate the practice of mindfulness life. Please let us know by email when you plan to visit for the first time or if you have any questions about our practices.
