About this sangha

Sangha flow - sitting meditation, Dharma reflection, mindful walking and Dharma sharing. An in-person meditation is offered from 7 - 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Shepherd of the Hills in Phoenix and a zoom gathering is offered on the first Sunday of the month from 9am-11am. All are welcome.
