About this sangha

We are seeking ways to integrate mindfulness into each moment in our lives. We practice sitting and walking meditation in the tradition of our beloved teacher, Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh at Unitarian Universalist Church Santa Fe. We enjoy short dharma talks and dharma sharing on mindfulness-based teachings by Thich Nhat Hanh. No experience is necessary. All are welcome. We invite you to practice meditation with us. If anyone would like to call/text Sue with questions, I am happy to meet them for tea and share about our sangha. If they prefer to email Donna, she also can answer questions about our sangha. We welcome all people to join us as an inclusive sangha.
