About this sangha

Our time together includes a seated meditation practice, walking meditation, a teaching (sometimes with a reading), and time for sharing about our experience with the practice of mindfulness in our life. Every practice is an invitation and you do not have to share if you are not called to. And, at the end there is an opportunity to sing together.
