About this sangha

The Earth Holder Community is a branch of the Plum Village tree that applies Thay’s core teachings on engaged Buddhism, mindful living, social and racial justice, and inter-being with Mother Earth at this time of ecological crisis. We practice with the aims of bringing mindfulness, compassion, healing and nonviolence to protecting ourselves, one another, all beings and the Earth. We meet online on the First Sunday of the month, as part of the Sangha na Saoirse, Sunday morning weekly meetings. Typical online EHCI gatherings includes a guided meditation, a reading or recording from Thay's teachings on earth holding and interbeing, walking mediation and dharma sharing. These gatherings are open to all. You are very welcome to join us from anywhere in the world.
