About this sangha

We are a diverse group of practitoners sitting together with the intention of increasing peacefulness and insight in families, our society, and ourselves. We come from all backgrounds, cultures and ideologies and have been drawn together by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. Our format is 20 minutes of sitting meditation / 20 minutes of walking meditation / 20 minutes of sitting meditation, followed by tea meditation and dharma discussion.

• EoC - Thursdays 7pm-9pm; Sundays 10am-11am on Zoom; Wake Up - 1st & 3rd Wednesdays 6:30pm- 8pm
