About this sangha

Our regular practice follows the Vietnamese Lin Chi (jap. Rinzai) tradition as presented by Thich Nhat Hanh. This includes the methods of sitting and walking meditation, Mindfull Movements, Deep Relaxation, Guided Meditation, Gathas, Touching the Earth, Sharing, Tea ceremoni and more. We hosted retreats regularly.

Meeting information

• Mondays from 6 - 8 pm. Sundays 9 - 10am Regular Days of Mindfulness combining hiking or skiing. Regular retreats with monastics from the Community of Interbeing.
