About this sangha

Freedom Garden Sangha is an in-person sangha, meeting in Plum Village tradition. We practice sitting and walking meditation for the 1st half of our time together and then we vary our program: reading from one of Thich Nhat Hanh's books, listening to a Dharma talk, reading the Mindfulness Training or other programs. We usually end at 8:00pm. We welcome people who are new to meditation as well as those who have experience. We are committed racial equity.
