Fresh Morning Sangha (audio only)

About this sangha

We meet Tuesday & Thursday mornings, via Zoom which you may need to download to your device in advance (audio only; no video). The Zoom link is https://zoom.us/j/568796923. join call to connect together and share the focus/aspiration of our day / 7am – bell to invite guided or silent sitting /7.20am – bell to close meditation with closing words from facilitator. We leave the call in silence, taking the calm energy with us into our day.
