About this sangha

We are a group of lay practitioners who practise mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition and follow the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and other teachers in the Zen Buddhist tradition.We meet online via Zoom each week, but once a month we offer the opportunity to meet in person at the house of one of our members in Staines. We also offer days of mindfulness several times a year. All are welcome to come along, whether you wish to practise with us regularly or just occasionally.
