About this sangha

We are a welcoming sangha practicing in the Plum Village tradition. Our weekly practice includes sitting meditation, indoor walking meditation, and dharma sharing. There is an opportunity for outdoor walking meditation in the hour before our meeting. We enjoy regular sangha days of mindfulness. Our morning meditations take place every weekday on Zoom at 7am. Meeting information

• Thursday evenings at 7pm in person in Shelton Connecticut and on Zoom. Monday - Friday, Morning meditation from 7am to 7:30am on Zoom. Midday Monday Meditation at 1:15 pm, on Zoom but also in person outdoors at Christ Church in Easton, CT when weather permits.
