About this sangha

Our group practices sitting & walking meditation; we listen to the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh; we practice Dharma sharing, singing/chanting; we recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings. We offer tea meditation once monthly. We are now starting an evening study group to look more deeply into the teachings.
