About this sangha

Our small group practices sitting and walking meditation; we listen to the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, read poetry and other readings; we practice Dharma sharing, reading the Five Mindfulness Trainings, singing/chanting. We offer a Day of Mindfulness several times per year in various locations in our region.
