About this sangha

We are a community of friends practicing mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village since 2013. We hold monthly in-person meetings in Yokohama in both Japanese and English and offer online gatherings, including a monthly recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. All are welcome!
