About this sangha

We meet (online) and practice meditation, Dharma sharing, breathing and mindfulness. We also practice some specific exercise to introduce mindfulness into normal life.We study Buddhism, in the Thich Nhat Hahn and Tibetan Tradition, mainly in its intercultural connection to our society.
