About this sangha
Started in 1998, we are a group of lay practitioners in the Plum Village tradition of the Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. We meet regularly each week, have mindfulness classes in the spring and fall, host monthly mindful eating meditation luncheons, and have an annual retreat with Deer Park monastics.
