About this sangha

Interbeing is an Association founded by Lay practitioners who aspire to create opportunities for the Danish population to participate in activities in the Plum Village tradition. We facilitate Days of Mindfulness, online Study groups, online training in cooperation with Lay Dharma teachers from OI UK, yearly 5 MT ceremonies in cooperation with EIAB, online recitations of 5 MT, recitations of 5MT in the Temple with our local Dharma Teacher, library service for the community. We support Danish Sanghaes who ask for help with Facilitation training etc. We have been lucky to facilitate activities with both Monastics from Plum Village France and EIAB and plan to create more in the future.
