About this sangha

We practice sitting and walking meditation and mindful conversation, as well as - from time to time -other exercises of Intersein tradition.(A) central topic: Implementation of practice in everyday life.We also have a so called study group, where we meet once a month to talk about a book of Thich Nhat Hanh we are reading in between chapter for chapter.Wir praktizieren Sitz- und Gehmeditation und achtsames Gespräch, sowie hin und wieder auch andere Übungen aus der Intersein Tradition.(Ein) zentrales Thema: Umsetzung der Praxis im AlltagWir habe außerdem eine Studiengruppe, in der wir einmal im Monat über ein Buch von Thich Nhat Hanh sprechen, das wir in der Zwischenzeit lesen - Kapitel für Kapitel.
