About this sangha

The Inverness Sangha meets every Monday evening, 18:15 to about 19:45, in a private house in Inverness. We practice in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and enjoy the peace and companionship of our sangha meetings. Each evening includes the familiar mindful practice cycle of sitting – walking – sitting, followed by a recorded talk or a dharma reading. The evening closes with space for deep listening and speaking from the heart, where we can identify what’s alive in us in the present moment.
