About this sangha

We welcome practitioners of all ages, experience levels, and spiritual backgrounds. We do sitting and walking meditation every week, followed by reading from Thich Nhat Hanh's books and Dharma Sharing. First Monday of the month is a recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. Fifth Mondays offer a special practice such as Touching the Earth.
