About this sangha
The Joyful Heart sangha welcomes meditators and practices in the Plum Village tradition. We gather at 7:00, begin with a sitting meditation, followed by a walking meditation and then either a guided meditation, a recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings, or a recording by Thay or a passage of one of his books, followed by dharma sharing. We also sing practice songs on occasion.
