About this sangha
The Joyful Mountain Sangha LA meets virtually on Zoom every Thursday at 7:30 pm Pacific time. We start with meditation, followed by readings and Dharma Sharing. Every 2nd Sunday we meet in a nearby park for a Mindful Hike, and we recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings on the first Thursday of every month.
