About this sangha

All are welcome here! We practice in the Plum Village Tradition of Teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. We do sitting and walking meditation, Dharma readings and Dharma sharing. Recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings.

Meeting information

• Our Sunday sit (4:30-5:30 pm) is not meeting during Covid-19 restrictions on gatherings. We are meeting via Zoom on Saturday mornings 10-11 am. Contact us for an invitation and link to join us.
