About this sangha
Monday evenings in-person and online for new and experienced practitioners to experience sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks and readings, as well as deep listening and sharing in a community. We draw inspiration and guidance from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, and other teachers in the Plum Village lineage.
