We are a diverse, inclusive group of practitioners,,some new, some old, who gather every Tuesday evening to create a mindful community. We draw deeply from the teachings of our beloved teacher, Thich Nhat Hahn, and practice meditation, dharma teachings, and a very interactive sangha community. Please join us!
