About this sangha

Leeds InterBeing Sangha meets on the First and Third Saturday every month from 10:30am-12:30pm (may be subject to change, please email to confirm) at Mill Hill Chapel in Leeds city centre. Doors open at 10.30am, with the practice starting after about ten minutes when everyone is settled. We also offer an online event twice per month via zoom only.
