About this sangha

We are a mindfulness practice community in the Plum Village Tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, Dharma study of a text or video, and Dharma sharing. All are welcome. We meet in a hybrid format, with both in person and Zoom options.
